San Luis Obispo wedding photographer Melissa Fitzpatrick, along with her husband and partner Martin, have been photographing weddings on the Central Coast of California for the last seven years. They cover weddings from Monterey to Santa Barbara including Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, Cambria, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, Arroyo Grande and Santa Maria. They also routinely travel to Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area for Wedding Photography and Engagement shoots.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and has apprenticed in a commercial and portrait studios. She is a member of the Professional Photographers of America. , Wedding and Portrait Professionals International. and the Central Coast Wedding Professionals.
The photographic style of Melissa and Martin (also a very accomplished professional photographer) can best be described as natural elegance with a fashion flare. They utilize natural light wherever possible but will complement with various strobe, reflectors or video lights as the setting demands.
